Mark Eric Bailey

Mark Eric Bailey grew up at the beach in New Jersey and graduated from Dickinson College in 1980 with a BA in Political Science. Before graduation, he completed courses at Gettysburg College in Personnel Management, Business Management, and Marketing Management.
Prior to founding Dentcetera, Mark served as the owner of a nationwide healthcare finance lender for 25 years, where he gained an in-depth knowledge of the business of dentistry and was involved with countless dental practice transactions. Mark’s unique combination of analytical and sales skills in addition to his extensive experience in practice transitions allows him to serve as a valuable advisor and resource to our clients. In addition to Dentcetera, Mark is a principal of Dental Recovery Solutions 360 which saves failing dental practices nationwide. Rounding out his dental background Mark is the CEO of Simply Implants & Institute which provides advanced postgraduate full-mouth reconstruction dentistry courses with LIVE patients to U.S. and Canadian dentists. The Institute is located in Glendale, AZ.
A widower, Mark lives in Lancaster, PA. In his free time, Mark enjoys exotic & high-performance cars, reading, listening to audiobooks while traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Axel Pasche

Axel is a graduate of All-Star Dental Academy as well as Cardone University. He specializes in networking with the dental community and finding high quality buyers for those looking to transition their practice. He is also experienced with practice valuations & appraisals.
Dr. James Chaffin

Dr. Chaffin has been practicing dentistry in Phoenix, Arizona since 2004. He is the best representation for dentists buying a dental practice. Accepted early into dental school at the prestigious Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Southern California, he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. He completed the curriculum a year early, graduating top of his class clinically, and received extensive training in Advanced Prosthodontics. In 2004 he joined a dental practice, Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry located in Phoenix, AZ. He continued to receive training in complex restorative procedures. He attended the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute (LVI), receiving extensive education in TMJ treatment, current reconstruction techniques, and the latest procedures in cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Chaffin has been published in the Phoenix Magazine on cosmetic dentistry, sedation dentistry, and advancements in the treatment of TMJ disorders. The only dentist in Phoenix recognized for his expertise in the treatment of TMJ by the Phoenix Magazine’s Medical Directory.
Dr. James R Chaffin is the Curriculum Director and Senior Faculty Instructor for America’s preeminent advanced post-graduate dental school, Simply Implants Institute which offers full mouth reconstructive dentistry courses from implants & restorative dentistry: crowns, dentures, bridges & hybrids. The school provides advanced training for U.S. and Canadian dentists at Simply Implants Institute in Glendale, AZ.
